MSI has a new gaming laptop in the works that will certainly
excite desktop users to switch over to a more compact machine without sacrificing
much of the experience.
The new Titan will have an 18-inch display, a Cherry Brown
MX switch mechanical keyboard designed by SteelSeries and a numeric keypad that
doubles as a trackpad to save some space. There’s also a large Dynaudio speaker
near the display; and unlike most laptops, the GT80’s mechanical keyboard has
been moved further down to emulate the feel of a gaming keyboard.
MSI hasn’t provided any clues on pricing and availability,
but the company has put up a sign up page for those who are interested in
getting one. Specs of the device aren’t confirmed yet either but as this is a
gaming machine with a unique feature, we’re expecting high-end specs with a top-tier
price tag to boot.
