Samsung has just upgraded its flagship smartphone model to
better compete with its competitors in terms of hardware. Called the Samsung
Galaxy S5 Plus, the device comes with a new Snapdragon 805 chipset.
Digging deeper in its specs sheet, the S5 Plus features a
2.5GH quad-core Krait 450 CPU, Adreno 420 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal
storage. The display is still 5.1 inches with 1080p resolution. There’s also a
2800mAh battery, IP67 certification and Cat6 LTE over the Cat4 version from the
base Galaxy S5 model.
The handset is currently available in the Netherlands at the
moment but there’s a fat chance that the phone will reach other markets
shortly.
