If you’re already itching for the announcement of the Ascend
P8, you better hold your horses for now as the Chinese company isn’t divulging any
concrete details yet. For now, we’ll just have to settle with the Huawei
SnapTo.
The device is built
around a 5-inch HD display and sports a Snapdragon chip with a 1.2GH quad-core
Cortex A7 processor, an Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in storage.
Huawei has equipped the SnapTo with a 2200mAh battery. The
handset also supports 4G LTE connectivity, microSD support and the device runs
on Android 4.4 KitKat with the company’s Emotion UI 2.3 on top.
The Huawei SnapTo is priced at around $180 and is available
in either black or white. The phone isn’t available yet, although those
interested in it can pre-order it from Amazon and wait until May 15 for the
phone to arrive.
