Meizu is capping off the year with its first smartphone
under the Blue Charm line-up – the m1 Note.
The device is built around a 5.5-inch IGZO display that
boasts Full HD resolution and a screen density of 403ppi. Under the hood, there’s
a 4-bit MT6752 chipset with a 1.7GHz octa-core Cortex A53 processor, a
Mali-T760 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage.
At the back, there’s a 13MP camera made by Samsung that is capable
of capturing 1080p videos, while a 5MP rests at the front of the device
featuring a 4-element lens. There’s aslo a 3140mAh battery and two SIM card
slots.
The phone will sell for $160 and will be offered in a
variety of colors including green, pink, blue, yellow and white. There’s no
word yet on shipping dates and availability for markets outside China, but we’ll
keep everyone posted.
