Philippines just launched Microsoft’s Office 2016 for the Mac last November
27th at the Power Plant Mall in Rockwell, Makati.
The Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac will include the latest
versions of
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote to Apple users, providing
them with the same productivity functions and features that are enjoyed by PC
users.
The productivity suite includes professionally designed online
templates, sharper graphics on Apple’s retina display, and support for multi-touch
gestures. The apps also have a redesigned ribbon menu that seamlessly blend
with Mac OS’ user interface. Moreover, Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac will have improved
integration with cloud services such as OneDrive, OneDrive for Business, and
SharePoint.

Many Mac users in the Philippines have been waiting for
the official release of MS Office 2016 in the country since its release in the
US a couple of months ago.
The productivity suite promises to give the best of both
worlds for Mac users incorporating the familiar Office experience on the PC and
iPad with the best devices that Apple has to offer.
For customers who already have Apple devices, Office 365 is available as a standalone product at Power Mac Center for ₱2,730. Meanwhile, Office 365 Home is priced at ₱3,500 and Office 365 University retails for around ₱3,360. Office for Mac Home Student 2016 goes for ₱7,650 while the Business version will cost ₱14,500.
Office 365 requires 4GB RAM and at least Mac OS X 10.10. Customers
who will purchase any Mac device on cash or installment from December
1, 2015 to February 29, 2016 will get 50 % discount on the Office 365 Personal.
