ZTE has quietly released its latest mid-range smartphone –
the Blade S7, which replaces the Blade
6 that was announced earlier this year. The phone is now available for
order online for $278.
The phone is built around a 5-inch 1080p display and comes
with a Snapdragon 615 chipset, a 1.5GHz octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM and
32GB of expandable storage. The handset also comes equipped with two 13MP
cameras in the front and back, a 2500mAh battery and a fingerprint sensor.
There’s 3G connectivity as well as GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and
dual SIM functionality. The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, which most
likely will have the same treatment as its predecessor.
