It seems ZTE is rapidly building its product line as it
announces three new models in China this week. Following the announcement of
new Axon
phones and the Blade
D6, the Chinese manufacturer has unveiled the ZTE V3 Youth, V3 Energy and
V3 Extreme.
All three models will have a 5.5-inch Full HD display, a
64-bit Snapdragon 615 chip with an Adreno 405 GPU, a 1.5GHz quad-core
processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage. There’s also a 13M+5MP
camera combo with both sensors having an f/2.2 aperture lens. Moreover, all
three models will have a metal body, a 3000mAh battery and a fingerprint
sensor.
The difference among the three units will be in the
connectivity department. Although all three will support LTE connectivity, it’s
likely that each version will support different bands.
ZTE will initially ship the V3 phones in China only (no word
yet if it plans to bring the phones to other markets) starting at $160 for the
V3 Youth and $210 and $240 for the Energy and Extreme version respectively.
