According to recent leaks, HTC is allegedly working on a
smartphone that will outclass all other smartphones when it comes to taking
selfies. Dubbed as the HTC Desire Eye, this handset will allegedly have a 13MP
front-facing camera with dual-LED flash.
The reports suggest that the phone will have a 5.2-inch Full
HD display, a Snapdragon 801 chipset with a 2.3GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of
RAM,32GB of internal storage, a 2400mAh battery, IPX7 certification and another
13MP camera at the back.
HTC is reportedly hosting an event on October 8 in New York,
where it might announce the Desire Eye alongside the HTC One (M8 Eye) – a new
version of its flagship handset that sports a 13MP instead of the 4MP
Ultrapixel sensor on the standard One M8.
There are also rumors that the device will be paired with
its own camera app much like HTC’s Zoe. Moreover, the Taiwanese company may
also reveal the activity
camera we’ve heard a few days ago during this event.
