Asus has quietly announced a new member of its MeMO Pad line
of tablets – the MeMO Pad 10 (Me103K), which is priced at $199.
The slate has a 10.1-inch 720p IPS display with a screen
density of 149ppi. It also comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset with
a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage that can be
expanded via a microSD card or the complementary 5GB of Asus cloud storage.
The tablet also comes with a pair of SonicMaster speakers, a
2MP rear camera (5MP in other models), a VGA front-facing camera, 9 hours of
battery life and Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box with Asus’ ZenUI on top.
There’s no word yet on availability but we’ll keep everyone
posted once more information becomes available.
