Xiaomi has just unveiled a new phablet last week and now it seems the Chinese manufacturer is readying another handset that will undercut more expensive LTE-packing models in the market.
The company is expected to release the Redmi 1S 4G this Saturday in China. The phone will have a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU, 1GB of RAM and a 2200mAh battery. The phone will also have 4G LTE connectivity, an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, a 1.6MP front-facing camera and Android 4.4 KitKat with MIUI on top.
In the display and storage department, the Redmi 1S 4G will have a 4.7-inch HD display and 8GB of built-in storage that can be expanded via a microSD card. Xiaomi will offer the new Redmi 1S 4G at a price tag of $113 once it becomes officially available.
