Motorola’s X+1 has previously appeared on tweets
by popular tipster @evleaks. But other than a coming soon sign, there is little known about this handset. That is,
until recently when leaked images and specs of the device popped out online.
According to reports, the X+1 will have a Qualcomm
Snapdragon chipset with a 2.5GHz quad-core processor, an Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB
of RAM. Internal memory is reported to be at 10GB while display size and
resolution is at 5.2 inches and 20p respectively.
There’s also going to be a 13MP camera at the back that’s capable
of recording 4K video and a 2MP camera that is able to record Full HD clips.
Motorola has already sent invites for a special event on
September 4, where the X+1 is expected to launch alongside the Moto 360
smartwatch, the Moto G2 (G+1) and a new Bluetooth headset.
