Fitbit has teamed up with popular fashion brand Tory Burch
to bring some much needed sense style to one of its fitness band – the Fitbit
Flex.
The partnership between the two brands gives the Fitbit Flex
a cosmetic makeover with Tory Burch only offering accessories to enhance the look of your $99 fitness band. For
$38, consumers can get a silicone printed Flex, which is essentially a slightly
fancier version of the base model. If you have extra cash, Fitbit is also offering a metal fret
pendant that will cost $175 and a metal hinged bracelet for $190.
The accessories are designed mainly for serious Tory Burch fans who also happen to own Fitbit Flexes. Otherwise, it doesn't really make sense for ordinary consumers to shell out extra cash for some extra bling, for something you use for exercising.
