LG is definitely a manufacturer who loves clamshell phones. In fact, they love the form factor so much that they are bringing it back, again!
But unlike the LG Wine from last year, the Korean tech giant is now targeting the younger crowd with the LG Ice Cream. The handset is sporting a Snapdragon 400 chip with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage.
There’s also a 3.5-inch display, an 8MP camera on the outside and a VGA camera on the inner side of the clam. There’s also LTE connectivity, the usual connectivity package (Bluetooth & Wi-Fi) and Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
Just like the LG Wine, the LG Ice Cream will be a Korea-exclusive. There’s no word on pricing and availability yet though.
