Microsoft’s acquisition of Nokia might have temporarily
caused a bit of panic to some of the Finnish company’s employees. One
particular employee that’s leaving Nokia is Ari Partinen – the guy behind the
company’s Lumia Photography division.
Partinen announced his departure from Nokia using his
Twitter account. This is also where he announced that he’ll be moving to
Cupertino, California starting in June.
Today will be my last day working for the amazing #Lumia family. In June I will start a new chapter in Cupertino, California. Much love!

With Partinen joining Apple next month, the Cupertino company
sould soon be able to up its game when it comes to the cameras of the devices
it is currently offering. Although its iPhone models have produced incredible
cameras in the past, it has struggled to innovate in contrast to those from
other manufacturers.
