Another cheap phone is coming out of Oppo’s factory – the A33,
which should complement the budget-friendly A31
that was released earlier this year.
The phone comes with a Snapdragon 410 chip featuring a
1.2GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The screen
is 5.0 inches diagonally with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels.
There’s an 8MP camera at the back while a 5MP selfie snapper
sits at the front. Other notable features of the A33 include Bluetooth v4.0, 4G
LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi, micro USB 2.0 connection and GPS.
Oppo has installed Colos OS 2.1 on the device, which in case
some of you don’t know is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. The phone will be
available in both black or white and will be sold for $235 once it becomes
available.
