The email scene is starting to change with companies such as
Google charging the lead with its intelligent email app – Inbox, which started
reaching users a couple of weeks back to those who received invites. Another
tech giant who’s also trying to make the email experience better is IBM with
its Verse email client.
A few days ago, the company announced its own take on
intelligent email. Just like Google’s offering, the IBM Verse uses its own
analytics in order to organize emails based on the user’s behavior and habits. Moreover,
the email client also promises a much improved user interface that offers a
faster, better and more organized way of managing mails.
Verse is also said to offer a seamless array of social and
mobile capabilities that uses the cloud, which should enable users to share
valuable information with their peers. According to IBM, the email client will
be available for free by Q1 2015 with option for paid add-ons.
