Even though a number of L
Series III handsets have already been announced in the past weeks, but LG
is relentless in its L Series III announcements. Today, the Korean company
announced the L35 – one of the smallest and most affordable among the series.
The phone is packing
a 3.2-inch display, a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of ROM that
can be expanded via a microSD card. The phone also comes with a 1540mAh
battery, a 3MP primary camera and Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
Obviously, the L35 will be marketed as an entry-level device
and will most likely have a dual-SIM variant that’s intended for developing
markets. The LG L35 will be available in either black or white and will retail
for around $180 once it becomes available.
Meanwhile, rumours have it that LG is also currently working
on the next-generation G Flex 2 smartphone. The phone is expected to be
unveiled before the end of Q1 2015 and should boast an improved screen and a
self-healing plastic case.
