Remember the Lenovo
K3, which was supposed to be the company’s answer to Xiaomi’s Redmi 1s? Now
the Taiwanese tech giant has announced another version of the K3 that now tries
to compete with another Chinese phone – the Meizu
M1 Note.
The new Lenovo K3 Note sports a 5.5-inch 1080p display. It
also comes with a MediaTek chipset with a 1.7GHz octa-core processor, 2GB of
RAM and 16GB of expandable storage. There’s also a 13MP camera at the back with
a dual-tone LED flash and a 5MP snapper on the front.
Power is supplied by a 3000mAh battery while connectivity is
taken care of two SIM card slots, one of which supports LTE connectivity.
The 16GB Lenovo K3 will sell for $145. There will also be a
Teana version which will sell for $160. The added cost of the latter model will
be due to a special ceramic piece vibration speaker that supposedly produces
more audio power.
